RETURNS: We are happy to refund any product for reason of defect. Please note that fit and color perception are not considered defects. Please measure your doll’s head properly, view all wig pictures before purchasing, and be sure to remove your doll’s original hair completely before adding new wig. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, we will be glad to accept a return. However, refunds not due to defects will be subject to a restock fee. Because we cannot sell a returned item at full price, your purchase will be returned at 80% of the purchase price once the returned item has been received. Shipping at buyer’s expense. While this option may not satisfy every customer, we are currently the only doll wig seller that will process a return.
